Work

Seven mandates, proven in service.

What we do is easiest to understand through what we have done. Seven pieces of work, one for each mandate: what each one is, the situation it answered, what we built and what changed.

Transfigured Universe Holdings™

Diagnosed · Architected · Built · Sustained
The work

Document automation that turns one master contract into two finished copies: one for legal review, one branded and ready for signature.

The situation

Every agreement was reformatted by hand: names retyped, clauses renumbered, signature pages rebuilt. Each copy was another chance for an error.

What we built

One engine for every agreement, from confidentiality agreements to shareholders’ agreements. Names, figures and dates fill in from the company’s records; page initials and signature fields place themselves.

What changed

Contracts are drafted once and issued correctly every time. The engine is in daily use.

Two pages of the same sample agreement: a plain review copy with its fields marked, and the finished branded copy ready for signature

Swiss Club Namibia™

Diagnosed · Architected · Built · Sustained
The work

A four-language website and members’ portal for a club founded in 1969, on its own domain.

The situation

A volunteer-run club serves members and visitors in four languages. Decades of its history sat on paper, and travel and visa questions arrived one email at a time.

What we built

Seventeen pages in English, German, French and Italian: travel and visa guides in both directions, a digitised archive, and a members’ area that signs in with an emailed code instead of a password. Every page is tested for accessibility.

What changed

Members and visitors find what they need in their own language, and the club runs the site itself.

The Matrix of Life™

Diagnosed · Architected · Built · Sustained
The work

An educational game that teaches young leaders judgement through seven levels of choices, played in chapters on their own phones.

The situation

The teaching had to be lived, not only heard. Players are on their own phones and their own data, where signal drops and batteries die, and every lost session costs trust in the game.

What we built

A narrative game with mini-games, a guide who offers counsel along the way, and an ending that reflects how the player chose. It installs like an app, works offline after one opening, saves after every step and resumes on any device; results reach a live leaderboard when the connection returns.

What changed

Lessons are played, not only heard, and no player loses their game progress.

Transfigured Academy™

Diagnosed · Architected · Built · Sustained
The work

The Academy’s own e-learning platform and administration console, in place of a patchwork of rented apps.

The situation

The programme ran on rented tools. Records were scattered, vendors set the rules, and leaving any one tool meant losing its history.

What we built

A platform designed screen by screen before it was built: lessons and recordings, tasks, progress tracking and mentor oversight, run from one administration console.

What changed

An academy that owns its platform. Every record belongs to the institution.

Transfigured Forum™

Diagnosed · Architected · Built · Sustained
The work

The platform of a national forum that brings sectors, institutions and communities into one coordinated system, with every member community running on it under its own name.

The situation

Sectors, institutions and associations each keep their own tools and their own lists. Opportunities surface in one circle and never reach the next, and every new community starts again from nothing.

What we built

One platform, held once and configured for each community: its identity and public site, a members’ register with sign-in and renewals, a directory that pairs offers with needs, a monthly letter in four languages, a calendar of gatherings, its relations with institutions, and its archive. Each community runs it as its own.

What changed

Each new community starts on a working system, not from nothing, and what one builds becomes available to the next.

Operating platform

For a group of companiesDiagnosed · Architected
The work

The full technical blueprint for one platform that runs a group’s clients, people, finance and documents.

The situation

A group needed a single operating system, built in stages, without breaking what already worked.

What we built

A data model with thirty rules the database enforces itself, ten interface designs, and a build in thirteen stages, each with its own acceptance checks.

What changed

Architecture written before a line of code. Builders work from a blueprint, not from guesses.

LUNAMARA Marble Studio

Diagnosed · Architected · Built · Sustained
The work

The studio’s website, designed and built from scratch, with a digital catalogue and a provenance archive behind it.

The situation

Each marble work is unique. Without a disciplined record, its history lives in memory and in paperwork that slowly drifts apart.

What we built

A website in which the stone turns on its own axis as the visitor arrives. Behind it, each sculpture receives one number, and from that number its register entry, its certificate of authenticity and its invoice.

What changed

Every sculpture has a record that outlives the sale. Clients and collectors anywhere in the world verify a work by its catalogue number against the studio’s archive.

The same seven layers, in your organisation.

Every engagement begins by reading all seven, then restoring them in the order your system needs.
